Put your office on your phone.

Two minutes. Then it opens like an app, Face ID signs you in, and you never see a sign-in screen again.

You will add two apps

1. Your officeYour inbox, calls, texts, calendar and settings, with your AI working beside you.https://YOU.aiexec.me/office
2. Your AI's deskEverything your AI is doing right now: calls it took, chats it handled, what it learned. Same address as your office, with the AI's name on the end. One per AI if you have more than one.https://YOU.aiexec.me/office?ai=YOUR-AI

Example: https://jason.aiexec.me/office is Jason's office, and https://jason.aiexec.me/office?ai=henry is Henry's desk. Not sure of yours? It is in the welcome text your AI sent you, or ask your AI: "what is my office link?"

  1. Open the address in SafariTap the link from your welcome text, or type it in. It has to be Safari, not the Gmail or Messages preview.

  2. Tap the Share buttonThe square with the arrow, bottom center of the screen.

  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"It is in the list of actions, a little way down.

  4. Tap "Add"Top right. Keep the name it suggests, or shorten it to your AI's name.

  5. Open it from your home screen onceSign in with your PIN or the link from your email. When it asks, turn on Face ID. From then on it opens with a glance.

Repeat once more for your AI's desk: the same address with ?ai= and the AI's name on the end.

  2. Tap the three dotsTop right corner of Chrome.

  3. Tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app")Chrome sometimes shows a banner offering this directly; either works.

  4. Tap "Add"Keep the name or shorten it to your AI's name.

  5. Open it from your home screen onceSign in, and when it asks, turn on fingerprint or face unlock. From then on it opens with a touch.

Repeat once more for your AI's desk: the same address with ?ai= and the AI's name on the end.

  1. Open the address in ChromeOn your computer.
  2. Click the install icon in the address barA small monitor-with-arrow icon at the right end of the address bar. If you do not see it, open the three-dot menu and choose "Install page as app" (older Chrome: "Save and share, then Install").

  3. Click "Install"It opens in its own window and lands in your Dock or taskbar.

  4. Signing in on the computerUse your PIN or email link, or click "Sign in with your phone": scan the code with your phone, confirm with Face ID, and the computer signs itself in.

Why the home screen? A saved app remembers you. Opening from a text-message preview or a fresh browser tab is what makes sites ask you to sign in again. Save it once, turn on Face ID once, and you are done.
